Registration Guidelines

To ensure a smooth association, we request our Channel Partners to kindly note the following:

All clients must be registered with Ashray Developers before their first visit.
Registrations should be submitted through the official registration form/email/portal.
Once registered, the client will always be mapped to that Channel Partner.

The first meeting with the client must take place at the Ashray Developers office before proceeding to any site visit or villa show around.
Ashray will ensure all future communications regarding the client are shared with the Channel Partner, keeping them in the loop.

Unauthorised or uninformed site visits are strictly not permitted.
All site visits must be pre-scheduled and coordinated through Ashray Developers.

Channel Partners are not authorised to negotiate pricing or commercial terms with clients.
All negotiations and final pricing decisions rest solely with Ashray Developers.

Commission will be applicable as per the prevailing slab communicated for each project.
Payment will be released only after realisation of client payments and completion of necessary documentation.

Channel Partners are expected to share only official Ashray information, brochures, and pricing.
Misrepresentation, undercutting, or unauthorised commitments are strictly not permitted.

All pricing, offers, client details, and project-related information shared by Ashray Developers must be treated as confidential.
Channel Partners shall not disclose or use this information for any purpose other than promoting Ashray projects.

Either party may discontinue the association with prior written notice.
Ashray Developers reserves the right to terminate the registration immediately in case of misconduct, breach of protocol, or misrepresentation.
Post termination, commissions will only be payable for deals already registered and concluded before the termination date.
