Architect, listener, and spiritual seeker Ashwini is the still current that shapes Ashray’s essence. An alumna of Goa College of Architecture, she doesn’t just draw plans she reads energy.

At Ashray, we believe true luxury is not just what you live in, but what you live with - the trees outside your window, the breeze through your corridors, the daylight that doesn’t need a switch. We design spaces that let nature in - not just through the windows, but through conscious choices that respect the soil, water, air, and silence around us.
This is not sustainability for the sake of trend.

- We use AAC blocks for insulation and energy efficiency
- Apply low-VOC paints for cleaner indoor air
- Equip every home with individual water controllers to minimise waste
- Let natural daylight and cross ventilation lead our design logic
- Integrate grey-water recycling systems and permeable paving for water-conscious living
- Opt for gypsum over heavy cement, reducing strain on natural resources
- Use CFLs, LEDs, and automation-based pumps/elevators for lower energy consumption
- Choose low-density development for a more open, green breathing space
- Design with green landscapes, tree plantations, and edible gardens
- Provide charging infrastructure to support the transition to green mobility
