• External walls: 9” thick from laterite stones/blocks. Exposed laterite work on certain walls.
• Internal walls: Made of bricks in 4” thick.
• External plaster: Cement mortar in two coats.
• Internal plaster: Gypsum plaster applied over masonry.
• Flooring and wall tiles: Quality tiles for all the flooring and walls and natural stone for wash basin counters. Window ledges covered with natural stone from inside.
